Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 injections help combat fatigue, improve focus, support metabolism and promote better sleep - delivering a fast, effective lift from the inside out.

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is a water-soluble vitamin that plays essential roles in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA. Many food sources contain vitamin B12 such as, fish, meat, poultry and some diary products but unfortunately not enough for it to be fully absorbed into the blood stream. If you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet you could be at risk of a B12 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 injections are traditionally popular for its energy boosting effects, improvement in metabolism as well as being able to aid with an earlier release of melatonin meaning it can aid the regulation of sleep.

Vitamin B12 converts carbohydrates into glucose, leading to energy production and a decrease in fatigue.

  • Beat fatigue: vitamin B12 is required for the production of red blood cells that carry oxygen and nutrients around the body. Many clients with a B12 deficiency say they feel tired and fatigue.
  • Increased energy levels: B12 assists in the process of converting food into glucose, which the body requires for energy production.
  • Improve brain power: vitamin B12 plays a role in supporting mental and cognitive performance.
  • Faster Metabolism: B12 boosts the metabolism so increasing levels of this vitamin can be an invaluable support if you’re trying to lose weight through diet. It’s energy-giving benefits will also aid your efforts in the gym.
  • Helps with anxiety: B12 can help fight mood swings, loss of focus and depression in a number of ways. One way it does this is by synthesising melatonin, dopamine and serotonin, the chemical messengers that influence your moods.
  • Better sleep: As well as regulating your mood, melatonin also controls your sleeping patterns and if you’re suffering from a B12 deficiency, a common side effect is being unable to sleep and then feeling tired throughout the day.
  • Healthy Skin, Hair & Nails: B12 is essential for the health of your skin, hair and nails as it plays a role in cell reproduction and therefore the renewal of your skin.

I had the plasma upper and lower eye lid treatment done with Beverley. Lovely lady very knowledgeable and honest and talked me through each stage of the treatment and aftercare.
I’m really happy with my results. My under eye area looks 10 years younger. Would recommend this treatment but expect swelling for around 7 days and discolouration for many weeks. I work from home so this wasn’t an issue for me. Before and after photos attached. It’s six weeks since I had the treatment done x

This will vary amongst people of different ages and circumstances. It may be a couple of days before you notice, or it could be sooner. Sometimes people don't notice an immediate benefit, but rather realise a few weeks later that they are starting to feel as they were before the injection.
